Staff Spotlight! Pauline Egan

Pauline Egan has served many roles at Family Promise since joining the organization in 2006. She has been the Operations Manager since 2013.

Prior to joining Family Promise, Pauline worked in a variety of office management and administration positions. She is also a Licensed Managing Nail Technician.

Pauline and her husband, Duke, live in Perry Township in Stark County with their cat, Cash. They love collecting music memorabilia. While not at work, Pauline most enjoys live music and singing, as well as, spending time at her RV Park, walking, and cooking. Pauline is an alumni member of the Cleveland Singing Angels Youth Chorus. Pauline also loves crafts and scrapbooking.

Her favorite thing about working at Family Promise is the positive impact that the staff and the volunteers have on the families and especially the children who are served.
